Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
This Quality Assurance Director is responsible for the quality management operations of several projects at various client sites providing support at the project level to ensure the overall program goals are met, providing decision?making perspective when required or as a sounding board for ideas and approaches to solve project issues that have program impacts. Responsible for establishing a corporate quality management system and interpreting quality control philosophy to key personnel within Company. Champion continuous improvement efforts and error reduction initiatives to establish an effective Quality Management System (ISO Certification); initiate and implement quality improvement activities as appropriate (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma) to raise the performance of the company's deliverables. This position may require approximately 25% travel.
Key Requirements and
Qualifications:
o Develops quality systems and quality assurance plans for Federal contracts.
o Develops and implements quality surveillance methods including statistical process control, full inspections, and sampling methodologies. Ensures quality surveillance is maintained through report creation and review. Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
o Assembles and maintains metrics on the overall quality performance of the program and raise awareness when performance metrics fall below target levels. Performs root?cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.
o Serves as the primary quality control resource for problem identification, resolution, trend reporting and continuous improvement.
o Reviews customer contracts and change requests and ensures that the necessary criteria and provisions are included in quality and process plans.
o Communicates project status and provides documentation as well as generate any other reports requested or required by the client and management.
o Promotes a cooperative and productive work environment and builds effective relationships with business contacts.
o Designs, develops and implements quality control training programs. Educates and trains employees as to their impact in the quality management system. Provides technical assistance in the development of internal controls and process improvements.
o Investigates and implements improved verification and testing assurance methods and instrumentation to aid in assuring as applicable product performance, specification compliance, and support of operator verification and process certification.
o Provides technical and statistical expertise to teams.
o Formulates documents and maintains quality control standards and on?going quality control objectives.

o Participates in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients/sponsors including proposal writing and client presentations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Job Specifications/
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 7
years of related experience.
o Quality Improvement through LEAN?Six Sigma
o Statistical Process Control
o SEI CMMi and ISO 9001?2008 experience
o Supervisory experience
o Proficient using MS Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and VisioEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
