We have an exciting new opportunity for a senior-level Business Analyst to join our team at CGI Federal. You will collaborate with a highly capable team of software, AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experts to solve a variety of pressing problems that our federal customers face today. You will contribute to the delivery of new digital services and solutions on client-facing projects, while expanding your own skills in business process redesign, Agile software development, and team leadership. Your future duties and
Responsibilities:
o The Business Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders on business process and technology-related efforts that benefit CGI Federal's clients, both internal and external. o This position is a lead BA role within our Digital Services team, focused on Intelligent Automation solutions. o The ideal candidate will roll up their sleeves and confidently lead business requirements definition, process optimization, functional design, testing and end-user support. o Translate client business needs into the design of optimal digital solutions. o Facilitate discovery and analysis working sessions to elicit business requirements and define as-is and to-be process workflows. o Optimize business processes to introduce innovation and improved operational efficiencies. o Communicate a vision for new solutions that address pressing operational challenges and business priorities. o Collaborate with and gain the confidence of executive leadership, clients, SMEs and other project stakeholders. o Partner with UX designers, Scrum Master and software development teams to design and deliver emerging technology solutions while adhering to Agile best practices. o Design new application functionality, gather and document requirements as user stories, develop testing strategies and execute QA testing, take an active role in Sprint demos and Agile ceremonies and generally contribute to the Agile software development lifecycle as a lead BA. o Provide expert-level support to end users and application help desk support. o Ensure application functionality meets desired client objectives and delivers business outcomes. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
o Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required. o Bachelor's degree required. o Minimum 5 years work experience as a Business Analyst. o Proficient in the Agile development lifecycle and solid understanding of Agile best practices. o Ability to travel to client site (as needed).
Qualifications:
o Proficiency in UX best practices. o Scrum Master experience or certification. o Project management experience. o Experience on projects involving Robotic Process Automation, AI and/or cloud services.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
