ECS is seeking a Billing Government Accountant to work in our Fairfax, VA Office
Job Description:
Fantastic opportunity to join and grow within a newly organized Project Accounting team.
ECS is looking for a government billing professional who is willing to jump into billing FFP, CPIF/CPAF/CPFF & T&M government contracts.
Ideal candidate is a self starter who is also capable to expand scope in other project accounting responsibilities such as project set up, unbilled analysis, program reporting, accruals and much more.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Billing FFP, Cost and T&M Government contracts in Deltek Costpoint Monthly unbilled reconciliation Project set up and maintenance Accruals Other project related duties as assignedRequired Skills Deltek Costpoint, Billing and Projects Module 2 Years Billing Experience billing FFP, Cost Plus T&M invoices Excellent Communication Skills Excel ProficientDesired Skills:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
