CGI is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in identifying business requirements and recommending enterprise application portfolio strategy to fulfill business and technical objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to create business requirements and user stories, perform current state analysis, design future application portfolio, and establish the strategic application portfolio roadmap. The successful candidate has broad knowledge and experience in various enterprise applications, cloud technologies, technology transformation and application implementation. Your future duties and
Responsibilities:
o Assess the existing artifacts, continue to identify and analyze enterprise applications and functionalities to support a 3-year product roadmap o Identify and consolidate duplicative functions o Recommend application migration strategy to move applications to cloud, platform, or hosted environment o Identify target platform solutions for existing applications o Identify obsolete applications and technologies for retirement o Document customer applications business values and evaluation of existing maintenance support models o Document current and proposed data flow to describe data interfaces and data exchanges between applications o Define and document commonality of system functions and purpose of customer applications o Identify duplicative processes, group like- applications, and highlight areas of opportunities to streamline, and reduce / rationalize the applications. o Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, and consolidate / streamline current processes through application consolidation / modernization, and future enhancements. o Create high level cost estimates and potential savings Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
o Knowledgeable in IT industry trends in all areas of responsibility in order to support future visioning:
software application development (SOA, Microservices, frameworks such as .NET and Java, etc.); platform and software as-a-service (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian etc.); cloud technologies (Azure preferred), and agile development lifecycle. o 5-10 years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines / technologies / processes related to the position as well as 3-5 years working in an Agile environment on complex projects. o Demonstrated experience in applying analytical and innovative thinking to solve business problems with technology products. o Demonstrated effective written and oral communication, and problem solving skills. o Ability to convey technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders o Self-motivated and team-oriented. o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Science, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Engineering or related field or equivalent. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or a Master's in Business Administration is preferred. o Due to the nature of the contract requirements, US citizenship and successful passing of CGI background check is required; candidates must also have ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:
o Prior Federal experience is a plus o Agile certification is preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
