This successful individual will be responsible for defining and partnering with Talent Development on programs in support of internal promotions, rotation programs, assisting and advocating for employees who are looking for career growth opportunities as well as those whose positions are losing funding. We are seeking an experienced Talent Mobility Specialist to lead this critical initiative. This is a fully remote full-time position. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated/self-starter champion and partner who can advise leaders and be a trusted partner with the business. The successful person possesses the following skills:

Prior experience executing internal mobility programs is preferred.
Responsibilities:
I want to and can do that! The individual we are interested in joining our team has a track record of success in the Talent Acquisition or Human Resource field and has translatable experience that he/she can articulate to demonstrate the following
Experience:
o Possesses a consultative engagement mindset and actively engages with employees and all levels of leadership including senior leadership, HR Managers/Business Partners, Staffing Managers, and Recruiters within HII TSD and other HII Divisions to assist with mobility for employee(s). o Works with leadership and hiring managers to understand the staffing needs across the organization and match those needs to a pipeline of potential and available employee(s). Responsible for working with senior level managers regarding employee mobility, contract loss, briefing process, and providing advice and recommendations for collaborating with employees during the placement process resulting in higher employee engagement and retention. o Develop and maintain metrics tracking successful internal placements, job rotations or other pertinent data and creating an executive dashboard to demonstrate progress and areas of opportunities. o Supports the staffing of business opportunities by leading internal mobility programs, partnering with HR and the line to identify career movement for 0-3 year employees as well as successfully leading the redeployment program resulting in placement available employee(s) into other programs/contracts. o Responsible for advocating on behalf of the employee(s) with HII TSD recruiters, HRBPs and hiring managers for placement opportunities. o Responsible for interacting with employee(s) to answer questions and address concerns regarding the Internal Talent Mobility process. Provide individual coaching, guidance on seeking new opportunities, resource tools for placement assistance and status on applicant submittals. o Responsible for overseeing and presenting internal mobility content including briefing the Internal Talent Mobility process to provide guidance and set expectations with employee(s) and leaders. o Establish cadence and implement a schedule to provide a variety of workshops available to interested employees on a continual basis. o Create innovative solutions to assist manager's in the identification of interested employees who are available to participate in temporary/short-term opportunities or proposal efforts. Bachelor's Degree plus 6
years of related recruiting experience; OR the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience. Experience in Recruiting, Human Resources or similar field Must be familiar with corporate recruiting efforts and business practices and policies Ability to facilitate training in small and larger audience settings Knowledge of recruiting best practices, recruiting workflows Experience operating in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other pertinent systems Superb communication skills Ability to travel up to 10% (post COVID) Some telecommuting allowed from the Fairfax or Virginia Beach, VA area; must be willing to provide a presence for Internal Talent Mobility in our offices as required (Hybrid schedule still in effect). Bonus points for o Prior experience executing internal mobility programs o Experience working for a large Government/DOD contractor o Understanding of OFCCP and other compliance/regulations o Change management experience Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
