Responsibilities GovCIO is hiring a Pricing Manager to join our corporate Pricing team supporting both civil and defense Government contract price proposal development. The Pricing Manager is responsible for the preparation of pricing for all new business proposals, cost narratives, change proposals, and task orders including, but not limited to, fixed price, cost type, time and materials, and IDIQ contracts and represent the GovCIO as a prime internal and external contact on programs and projects for the pricing function. Supervises staff and assists in the generation of proposals and responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs Assists in the development of B&P and proposal development budget estimates Develops cost estimation procedures, systems techniques to assist in ensuring compliance with government and/or commercial customer requirements Interfaces with DCAA auditors regarding all cost pricing proposal questions and issues Reviews, advises on, and/or conducts cost and schedule risk analyses on functional responses to proposals and assists in the preparation and presentation of review material to executive management Provides in-depth knowledge of FAR/DFAR and other applicable government regulations; reviews Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposal documents for pricing compliance, strategy, and risk assessment Ensures compliance with customer specifications/requirements, cost estimating system policies and procedures, and company bid governance requirements Contributes and advises on pricing strategy to improve the probability of win while evaluating contract price risks and opportunities. Advises management of pricing rights/obligations and provides an interpretation of RFP requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's with 8 -12 years (or commensurate experience) 8 or more years Government Contract Pricing experience Proficient with MS Software with advanced MS Excel experience #zr
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Risk & Quantitative AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
