Job Overview GovernmentCIO is looking for a Project Analyst / Business Analyst to join our Delivery Operations team to support a project with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The Project Analyst / Business Analyst will support administrative functions of the Project Manager. The environment is dynamic, demanding and the client needs are often evolving; flexibility and forward-thinking views are important for success. Responsibilities Support Analyst and Project Manager to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating projects Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes, conducting follow-up on action items as directed by the PMO Project Manager or Client Project Manager. Support and report to the Project Manager to prepare and revise all VA and GCIO reports and presentations associated with the supported product. Use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of projects and business processes. Understand existing processes and identify how to improve and streamline them to improve team efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on Scaled Agile's SAFe Framework. Certification, Knowledgeable of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Kanban, DevSecOps or other iterative development approaches. Understand the client's business issues and data challenges. Conduct research, analyze information needs, and perform analysis to support the delivery of relevant artifacts including business process diagrams, reports, and presentations as directed by the Project Manager Develop, gather and disseminate technical information and documentation among both business and technical customers in support of the Project Manager Ability to take the lead on small projects. Must be very detail oriented. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is required 10 years of experience +8 years of additional experience may be substituted for education Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations. Analytical and investigation skills Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision Experience in creating, applying, and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data Ability to meet deadlines (short turnarounds sometimes required) Works well in a team environment Experience in creating, applying, and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data Preferred Skills and Experience Experience and knowledge of VA centric applications such as GitHub, JIRA, and Microsoft OneNote General knowledge of the VA System Authority to Operate (ATO) process. Experienced in DevOps and SAFe Experienced work with VA Experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports. Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project Management, Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
