Responsibilities GovCIO is looking for a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) to join our team. The candidate should have experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software development using agile methodologies such as Scrum, DevOps, SAFe, etc., within large organizations. The candidate will also provide project management functions within a fast-paced environment including Project Management Office (PMO) and Technical Support tasks. The candidate needs to be able to effectively manage diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders in geographically disparate areas. Must have experience with diverse IT projects both large and small. Must be well versed in full systems development life cycle, enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure, and management practices. Must be able to identify, communicate and mitigate risks to the program. Must be able to manage to cost, schedule and performance. Demonstrated experience successfully managing disparately located personnel. Demonstrated and current experience managing program delivering systems/tools/solutions in production, while transitioning to better technology solutions. Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms. Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to facilitate and document meetings effectively. Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations. Identifying symptoms for process improvement. Analytical and investigation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision. Act as a leader to our software development team. Oversee design, implementation, QA, operations, sustainment, and validation of programming code and products. Create project outlines and timelines and distribute responsibilities to team members. Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing. Shape team behavior through excellent management via the agile method Perform reviews on software development team members. Remove project obstacles and roadblocks to develop solutions with the team. Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout the project lifecycle. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners. Document progress and communicate to upper management and stakeholders. Develop and present project briefings. Manage project goals, scope, requirements, costs, schedule, and/or risks. Provide recurring or ad hoc project status reports. Update project records (e.g. EPMD Tools - Project or Risk records). Coordinate meeting invites, develop meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, and develop meeting minutes. Maintain document and data repositories - SharePoint, Jira, GitHub, EPMD Tools, and other TBD. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific/ technical discipline. 8 years of experience in project management is required. 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. Scrum Master certification required. Must possess advanced knowledge of the DevOps model. Must possess leadership skills and experience. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess the ability to explain intricate and complicated concepts and ideas. #zr
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
