Position Overview In this role you will:
Builds key customer relationships to maintain a good position in the market. Maintains extensive knowledge of the current developments in the government marketplace in order to assess the position of the Company and determine how to improve it. Coordinates sales effort with marketing, management, accounting, contracts, pricing and technical groups Participates in professional/trade association activities and customer events. Manage a National Security Sector market pipeline, track to submits and bookings targets. Responsibilities Develops key business relationships in the government marketplace, with a primary responsibility for identifying and developing opportunities for business expansion. Supports the development of customer or market penetration strategies and individual opportunity win strategies, account plans, technology development plans, and partnering strategies. May lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business. Develops and maintain sales pipeline in commercial and federal markets to support commercial sales and other cyber related products and services. Acts as liaison with government agencies and offices. Ensures that the business development strategy is implemented. Makes recommendations for change or modification to strategy. Leads teams in order to develop and deliver various professional services solutions to include whitepapers, demonstrations, proposals and other internally developed products used to identify, qualify and capture new business. Assists in developing and facilitating the sales process for specific clients, including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 15
Experience (including experience supporting or working inside client organizations) Experience managing >$1B in pipeline Experience capturing opportunities >$20M Experience with DoD and IC customers Desired Qualifications Experience with DHS customers
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
