Are you ready to be a transformer? ResponsibilitiesCoordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
Provides technical/functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, developing, and supporting systems.
They have the business knowledge and perspective of a particular business and the IT needs of that customer.
Requires knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flows.
May also be functional experts in financial, program control or logistical areas.

Supports operations and maintenance of on-premises and cloud-based systems that are COTS-based and custom developed2.
Analyzes ServiceNow tickets and assists with triage through front-end and back-end validation including running and scripting database queries3.
Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
4.
Interfaces between systems architects/programmers and users located in a specialized area to ensure that information technology designs meet the needs of the end users within an organization.
5.
Documents product/service requirements and develops test procedures to ensure user requests are carried out.
6.
Interacts with testing requirements to ensure traceability and test coverage.
7.
Requires general-logic knowledge of system capabilities without necessarily the ability to program.
QualificationsBachelor's with 8
years (or commensurate experience)Required Skills and Experience- Experience with data analysis methods that result in data fixes - Experience with Oracle databases- Experience writing and running PL/SQL- Experience with triaging and troubleshooting trouble tickets reported by users and providing updates to team members and customersPreferred Skills and Experience - Experience supporting Azure cloud-based systems - Experience with Microsoft Dataverses - Experience working in an agile environment and utilizing Kanban methodologySalary:
$120,000-135,000.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
