Are you ready to be a transformer?Job Overview GovCIO is looking for an analytical, results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Analyst/Tester providing requirements analysis and elaboration, reporting, and functional support to a team-building government services and systems with a focus on user-centered design and agile delivery processes.
As a Business Analyst, you will apply your knowledge of requirements gathering, testing support, and agile processes with a focus on team organization and innovation, to build and enhance existing government platforms.
Candidates for this role must be proficient in both the Business Analyst and Tester aspects of this position.

ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the internal requirements management and development effort in JiraDevelop requirements and acceptance criteria based on Product Owner interactionElaborate on system designs, flows, and usability through the creation of wireframes and mockupsSupport test development and execution of services development in a ServiceNow focused environmentLeverage communication skills to work with product owners and end-users to enhance requirements gathering and feedback for Scrum TeamsComplete functional analysis of requirements as neededAssist development of test procedures, test cases (frontend, backend, and integration), test plans, requirements traceability, schedules, and test reportsEnsure compliance with test processes and proceduresAssist Scrum Master in coordination, execution, documentation, and reporting on test activities and functional analysis completed by teamsCoordinate, execute, document, and report on test activities required to support the integration and systems interfacesReview and execute test plans and scriptsWork with development teams and Project Managers to resolve test defectsEstimate level of effort based upon tasks and responsibilities specific to tester functionsQualificationsBachelor's with 2 - 5 years (or commensurate experience)Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in a technical or business field.

years work experience related to requirements gathering and developmentPreferred Skills and ExperienceExperience using a Requirements Management toolExperience planning, implementing and executing software testing processesPossesses good communication, analytical, and writing skills.
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environmentExperience in ServiceNowExperience working on a scrum team and in a Scrum environmentExperience supporting government agencies, specifically DHS.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
