Are you ready to be a transformer?Seeking a qualified Deputy Program Manager to join a dynamic Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and manage a team of Subject Matter Experts in protecting NBIS through the use of cutting-edge technologies to safeguard their systems, and to continuously improve their Program Executive Office Department (PEO).
ResponsibilitiesAs a Deputy Program Manager, you will work closely with customers, senior management, and corporate support staff to support operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all activities performed by contractor personnel, including any subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in the project's Technical Direction Letter (TDL).
Support requirements will cover 5 distinct Support Areas, to include Core/Enterprise Engineering Support Services, Service Desk and User Support Services, Training Services, Operational Support, and Cybersecurity Support.
You will also be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Responsible for developing work plans and deliverables as required, and for the following tasks:
Lead the project team in successful delivery of operations, maintenance, enhancements and system modernization services and manage assignments for respective team membersCreate and maintain program and project related documentation including, but not limited to integrated master schedules (IMS), briefings, status reports, memorandums, agendas, meeting minutes, cost analysis, courses of actions (COAs), technical exchange meeting facilitation, input to agency communications to stakeholders, assistance with informational briefings, presentations.
Facilitate collaboration with the customer to ensure project deliverables are coordinated effectively and deployed seamlessly.
Consult and provide technical/programmatic recommendations, options and input based on a deep understanding of the insider threat mission, history, and community.
Provide leadership / advice to ensure proposed solutions remain in alignment with the customer's IT roadmapCreate and maintain financial cost projections and models for various aspects of system/program support, ie, total cost of ownership, charge back or show back modeling.
Support mission level communications both internally and externally to the DCSA program sustainment community and customers.
Support the maturation of DCSA program sustainment, to ensure the alignment with agency and department strategies and policies.
Support the stand-up and facilitation of program boards and or working groups, as necessary to support the product roadmap and goals.
Coordinate with GCIO corporate resources including the back office and the innovation centers to deliver operational excellence and value-added services.
Partner with the customer to strategize and conceptualize solutions to address overarching technical and business requirements.
Offer innovative solutions to continually improve operations.
Proactively identify risks, develop and communicate mitigation strategies, and execute issue resolution action plansProvide formal and informal status reports, including comprehensive weekly and monthly.
QualificationsBachelor's degree with 8 - 12 years (or commensurate experience)Specialized experience includes:
project development from inception to deploymentexpertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanismsdemonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or sub-contracts of various types and complexityGeneral experience includes increasing responsibilities in information systems design and/or managementStrong client facing and communication skills are a mustProficient in MS Office, to include MS ProjectActive TS/SCIMust be able to work both on site and telecommute, as needed#cjpostPreferred Skills and ExperienceProject Management Professional (PMP)Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Project Management in IT Security (PMITS).
Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
