Are you ready to be a transformer?Job OverviewGovCIO is seeking a candidate for the position of a Senior Integration Project Manager with minimal direction, lead project planning, scheduling, integration, monitoring, and reporting activities.
Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
Generally reports to a Program Manager.
The Integration PM will facilitate needs assessments and the development of recommended solutions to be used for planning, scheduling, and tracking integrations through the system integration milestones; establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria; develop project control and reporting procedures; track and report project issues; monitor progress and key milestones; control project requirements, scope, and change management issues; undertake status review meetings among project team members and stakeholders; ensure adherence to quality management standards and procedures; manage changes in operational plan; analyze, track, and report project metrics; identify and mitigate risks and advise senior management about project management capability and risks; create communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders; adhere to Veteran Integrated and program processes and procedures; and possess executive level oral and written communication skills in a geographically diverse remote environment.
ResponsibilitiesManages multiple concurrent efforts through the integration lifecycle of requirements identification, initial configuration, software quality assurance and user acceptance testing, and production releaseDevelops project management documents to include but not limited to meeting agendas, meeting minutes, integration schedules, risk and issue management plans, status reports, and integration specific position papers and presentationsCoordinates identification, documentation, and approval of integration requirements through analysis of client needsCoordinates methodology, processes and standards to be applied by the entire integration team and VA enterprise support teamsApplies the applicable standards (approved integration patterns, statutory codes and industry standards) as neededPlan schedules, monitor, and report on activities and dependencies related to the project, including integration/development vendor monitoringReviews development team deliverables which include interface control document, test plans, schedules, and risk and issue plansEnsure adherence to legally binding requirementsIntegrate and use project management methodologiesPerform schedule development, maintenance, and revisionAssist in the training of the project team on application of the proceduresCoach and advise team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and to resolve technical/operational issuesImplement continuous process improvementUse JIRA, GitHub, and Service Now for Change, Configuration, Requirements and Test Case management QualificationsRequired Education, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline10 years of experience or additional 8 years in lieu of degreePreferred Skills and ExperienceExperience with access management security services which include authentication, authorization, provisioning, and workflow.
PM-related certifications such as PMP and ITIL preferredExperience supporting or leading within the Veterans Affair Office of Information Technology, Veterans Benefits Administration, and/or Veterans Health Administration is a plusProven VA (or similar government agency) IT development track record highly desiredExperience managing/administering Department of Veterans Affairs programs; MS project experience, MS Office, JIRA, Service Now experience, GitHub experience, SharePoint experience Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is a plusExperience with Cloud Base data center services is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
