Senior Product Manager

ECS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to work in our Fairfax, VA.
ECS is seeking a talented, dynamic, and enthusiastic Product Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Dashboard Ecosystem Program.
The CDM Dashboard Program provides cybersecurity tools, integration services, and dashboards to participating agencies to support them in improving their respective security posture.
CDM is a large, DHS-managed program which is comprised of several large contracts and various services.
ECS is delivering the next generation CDM Dashboard.
The CDM Dashboard increases visibility and insight in federal Agencies' cybersecurity posture by aggregating, displaying, and reporting data collected from tools and sensors deployed on agencies' networks which then report to a DHS-managed Federal Dashboard.
The CDM Dashboard is comprised of multiple Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and open source products, software configuration packages and custom code which work together to operate as a single dashboard solution, tailored to meet DHS requirements.
Core technologies include Elasticsearch and Kibana.
ECS is responsible for designing the complete CDM Dashboard solution, and for developing and delivering custom components that work with the prescribed, pre-installed COTS and open source components.
ECS is also deploying, operating and maintaining the CDM Federal Dashboard, as well as a subset of Agency Dashboards hosted in a DHS-managed AWS environment under the Agency Dashboard as a Service (DBaaS) offering.
CDM DEFEND System Integrators (SIs) are responsible for the installation, configuration, operations and maintenance of the CDM Agency Dashboard which operate in agency environments.
Specific task areas within the CDM Dashboard contract include:
Requirements Management, Design and Analysis, Development, Testing, Knowledge Management and Communications, Training, Helpdesk Support, Security Support, Deployment Services and Operations & Maintenance.
The CDM Dashboard Ecosystem Product Manager will lead product and service (product) planning, execution, and delivery throughout the product lifecycle to ensure fulfillment of the product vision and maximize the customer experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of feasible, desirable, and viable product features and services, leading to a marked improvement in user adoption and satisfaction.
The Product Manager will serve as an advocate and evangelist for the CDM Dashboard Ecosystem and related services.

Responsibilities:
Defining and engaging with stakeholders to validate, evolve, and maintain the Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap Holding internal and external stakeholders accountable to the Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap and ensuring the roadmap and the product backlog are aligned to achieve the vision Working with a team of HCD, UI/UX, and Business Analyst professionals to conduct interviews and refine product requirements to ensure the CDM Dashboard is aligned to user needs.
Collaborating with and Guiding User Experience and Customer Experience efforts to ensure an effective end-to-end experience with CDM Dashboard products and services Guiding and influencing cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products and services that improve consumer experience and grow market share (organically and net-new) Investigating, Analyzing and Communicating market and industry trends in cybersecurity tools, technologies, and processes as well as emerging threats to inform product direction Guiding the Product Marketing efforts, leading to an overall increase in Dashboard usage, user satisfaction, and user promotion as measured by NPS Defining and Communicating KPIs for the CDM ecosystem, leading to a deep understanding of the performance of the program and associated products Plan, prepare for and conduct internal and external product and service demonstrations and briefings Representing the interests of the CDM Dashboard in industry forums, government workshops, and stakeholder communities Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product/service research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and launch/release Drive translation product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans Work with 3rd party vendors to understand their product roadmap, dependencies, impacts, and opportunities of changes to the CDM Dashboard Product Influence 3rd party vendor product direction based on CDM Dashboard Product needs and hold vendors accountable to agreements Potential to directly manage 1 or more team members Required Skills:
Must be a US Citizen 10
years of related experience managing Cybersecurity products and services Demonstrated success managing complex product requirements in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder federal environment Demonstrated success working across agile teams to ensure end-to-end product requirements are incorporated into the engineering lifecycle Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders without formal authority, including 3rd party vendor partners Demonstrated ability to develop customer-centric creative and innovative solutions to problems Demonstrated ability to roadmap future product and service enhancements Experience working as a Product Manager within the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) Excellent technical acumen, especially as it relates to product development and systems engineering best practices Excellent written and oral communication skills Superior leadership, project management, customer service and interpersonal skills Experience with the Atlassian application suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) Desired Skills:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
