Assistant Project Manager for Gannett Fleming, Inc.

Occasional night

Serve as client rep for assigned project w/ responsibilities for all project phases.
Ensure tasks performed on-time w/in budget.
Engage in planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, QC, safety,
coordination of subcontractors
internal technical
supp't staff.
Manage client relationships.
Dev project scopes, negotiate hours, prep reports, dev
maintain sched
budgets,
ensure quality reviews complete.
Provide all docs, info,
monthly reports to Client Review Committee.
ID sched
cost variances
recommendations for corrective action for negative variance.
Make recommendations on difficult engineering issues.
Apply new
creative engineering solutions to complex engineering, technical,
proj mgt problems.
Resolve issues w/ contract fulfillment
ensure all aspects of program remain on sched
budget.
Make work assignments
provide technical direction to project team.
May undergo background checks incl drug screen and MV.
Some domestic travel involved.
Must have Bach in Construction Management, Engineering, or rel field and 5 years rel design, construction, or project planning/management of electrical installations or facility, transit, or transportation infrastructure exp OR Master's in Construction Management, Engineering, or rel field and 3 years rel design, construction, or project planning/management of electrical installations or facility, transit, or transportation infrastructure exp.
Also reqs the following skills (3 yrs exp) in:
MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and ProCore.
Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
