POSITION OVERVIEW Roof-ER's Sales Reps are the lifeblood of our company and are held to a high standard.
Their primary responsibility is to build relationships with clients affected by storm damage and assist them through the home insurance claim process.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead generation Perform full storm damage home-inspections Guide homeowner through insurance claim process Traveling to appointments QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Motivated self-starter that willingly takes on challenges Capable conversationalist able to speak with confidence and assurance Positive attitude and an understanding that there's no such thing as failure - only learning Strong organizational skills Ability to work both independently and in a team setting A dependable vehicle and ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree Previous sales experience Exterior home-remodeling background SALARY/INCENTIVES Uncapped Commissions:
first-year reps can earn over $150k.
