Experience supporting Board of Trustees, Directors, etc.
Manage multiple schedules, calendars, events, meetings.
Able to be proactive, look ahead to avoid conflicts or errors, problem solver.
Handle exposure to high level professional executives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thrive in fast paced, highly task driven environment.
Able to set up meetings, invites, all logistics needed to be covered.
Flexible and able to handle last minute changes or problems that arise.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite Job Type:
