Operations Coordinator, Associate This is a remote position.
While most of the work can be completed remotely, Star Cypress Partners team members commit to being on-site with clients for key meetings and to build relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.

Position
Summary:
The Operations Coordinator, Associate will assist in operational routines for the business.
They will partner with the Chief of Staff to assist in the coordination for organizational efforts in the following areas:
human resources, systems management, administrative routines and priorities, meetings/events, and operational improvements.
The candidate will need to possess a strong intellect with proven excellence in both verbal and written communication skills as well as have experience in working with a senior management team.
In this role, you will be flexible to changing environments as the business grows, and a key team member in creating and maintaining operational success.

Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Support in project management and tactical execution of HR priorities including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefit management, employee records, and development management.
Systems Management:
Assist in the management as well as day to day oversight of various operational systems including Unanet, HubSpot.
SharePoint, Microsoft, BambooHR, and other new systems.
Administrative:
Responsible for the optimization of the company digital filing system, maintaining and ensuring company use of the system.
Book travel and communicate travel itineraries.
Other administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO/President and Chief of Staff.
Meetings/Events:
Research and help with site location selection.
Assist in all aspects of planning and running event logistics.
Coordinate collection of and contribute to content development for external (e.
g.
, website and social media) and internal (e.
g.
, newsletter) marketing and communications.
Support and/or lead special projects as needed.
