Salesforce Technical Lead with Security Clearance
Overview As a Steampunk Salesforce Technical Lead, you will work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Functional Analysts to translate business requirements into well - architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform Develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning componentsExecute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followedContributionso Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needso Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC applicationso Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issueso Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutionso Perform Salesforce administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.
) and developmento Ability to support Salesforce.

years of experience with Salesforce developmento Functional knowledge of Salesforce.
com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirementso Must have proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.
com APIs, and Web Serviceo Eligible to obtain and maintain and government Public Trust security clearanceo Salesforce development and implementation experience.
o At minimum hold current Min Platform Dev II & App Arch certo Experience with Java-based applicationso Experience with VSCode with Salesforce DX and Git version controlo Experience delivering a Salesforce projects using Agile and DevSecOps methodologieso Experience with Salesforce Development and Deployment Toolso Experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior developerso Experience with Communities and Flowso Experience declarative configuration, Apex development, and Lightening development.
o Able to translate user stories into working software with minimal oversightPreferred Skills:
