We provide cloud related services to our enterprise clients.
We are an Amazon Web Service (AWS) Certified Consulting Partner.
ASCENDING is looking to strategically grow its operations team and expand our presence nationally.
As a result, we are looking for a hardworking, driven, and extremely organized individual that wants to have a meaningful career within IT & Education industry.
- Onsite required in Fairfax, VA.
- W2 and 1099 individuals.
No C2C.
- Gov staffing/recruiting experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth discovery calls to maximize opportunities for success with each quality candidate.
Present candidate motivators, specific qualifications, and verified credentials comprehensively to Program Managers.
Demonstrate strong, active listening and relationship-building skills.
Prioritize candidates based on qualifications and current demand.
Develop a pipeline of IT Industry candidates across a variety of skill sets.
Leverage organization skills to manage current and prospective talent pools.
Learn our workflow and live in our applicant tracking system - another key to your success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related.
Trainable with a strong desire to learn new skills and technology.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Fast learner with new technologies and trends.
Can work in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
The ability of communicating/ maintaining relationships with customers.
Forward-thinking/analytical, positive attitude, strong work ethic.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
