Sr Director Data Management & Business Intelligence - EPIC
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Director of Data Management and Business Intelligence, you will collaborate with other analytics/enabling functions and senior leaders of Inova Health System to deploy world-class analytics solutions.
To help achieve our mission, you will build and lead a high performance and multidisciplinary data management and business intelligence team.
Your ability to deliver trusted/timely data services and business intelligence solutions is of vital importance.
Collaborating with Inova's Foundation to realize philanthropic funding opportunities to support the growth of data and analytics capabilities is essential.
Job Responsibilities Develops and maintains an enterprise data warehouse.
Acquires and integrates new data assets.
Provides data extracts to support internal needs, regulatory reporting requirements and integration with third party solutions.
Develops and deploys reports, interactive dashboards and other business intelligence solutions.
Develops and maintains a robust data quality management program.
Develops and implements enterprise-wide data management and business intelligence strategies for Inova Health System.
Develops and manages annual operating plans and budgets.
Leads and manages the professional development and growth of team members.
Partners with Procurement and Supply Chain Operations to contract with and manage vendors.
