Network Engineer Senior


Job Description:
The Senior Network Engineer will be part of the Enterprise Network Engineering Team.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated F5 Network Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in network engineering, build, support, and optimization of our data center network infrastructure.
The idea candidate should have solid foundation in data center load-balancer, routing and switching technologies coupled with hands-on experience in design and deployment of large-scale multi-vendor network projects.
ResponsibilitiesoDesign, deploy, and maintain the data center F5 load-balancers infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
oImplement and configure F5 Viprion and VELOS, BigIQ environment.
oConfigure and support internal/external DNS, GTM, LTM and iRules.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand networking requirements and provide effective solutions.
oLearn and develop automation scripts using Ansible and/or Python to streamline network provisioning, configuration, and monitoring tasks.
oMonitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to resolve incidents promptly.
oParticipate in capacity planning, network security and disaster recovery strategies and document relevant SOPs / Visio for network repositories.
oStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data center networking and automation.
Qualifications:
oBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)o3-5 years of relevant experience in supporting multiple F5 LTM, APM and/or GTM platforms.
This includes installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting issues on these platforms.
oExperienced in VIP creation, Wide IP creation, certificate creation and updates, SSL profile creation, pool creation and pool member modification.
oExperience in writing and troubleshooting F5 iRules.
oExperienced with packet capture analysis and troubleshooting.
oExperienced in multiple tier application support.
oProven experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on data center routing and switching.
oKnowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, and programming languages like Python.
oExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
