We are looking for a qualified HVAC Service Technician 3 who can provide excellent customer service as well as learn and grow with our CroppMetcalfe family.
Job
Responsibilities:
Must be able to troubleshoot and do refrigerant repairs, including compressors, coils, reversing valves, and accumulators Must be able to work on boilers Maintain and practice company safety policies and procedures Run on call duty in assigned rotation Orders and secures materials for the job per company processes as needed Process invoices Must be able to troubleshoot and repair at all levels and all brands of equipment Assist Team Lead in overseeing job site Assist Team Lead with training junior techs Qualifications & Competencies:
Ability to learn and grow Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers Outstanding communication skills Must have a clean driving record Must pass a background check and drug screen test
