As the Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the daily activities of services being provided to clients in accordance with state regulations and company policy, while ensuring quality coordination of service for our clients.
At Capital Home Care Services we focuses on delivering non-medical, personal care to our customers in their home.
Our direct care workers/home health aides help our customers with Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal prep so they can continue to live independently in the comforts of their own home.
