This support includes serving as a knowledge resource for system end users; monitoring system operations and performance; troubleshooting system problems; and assisting in the identification, design, and implementation of resolutions to system problems and enhancements.
Examples of Duties Provides entry-level production and system maintenance support of automated solutions, as described below:
Production Support o Monitors business operations and system performance.
o Assists in identifying, analyzing, and defining system and process problems, documenting the requirements of all involved groups.
o Assists in developing a course of action to resolve problems, working closely with support team, user departments, and product vendors, as required.
o Assists in implementing problem resolutions, whether a system change request, software upgrade request, business work-around, or business process change.
o Notifies end users of system problems and changes.
o Works on special projects, as assigned.
o Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional and business teams o Assists Planning & Engineering Project Management with creating new equipment records for capital projects.
System Maintenance o Keeps up-to-date on system features and upgrades.
o Assists in evaluating and recommending system enhancements.
o Provides input for the development of functional specifications of system enhancements and modifications o Assists in the design of processes, reports, forms, and system features.
o Implements and maintains system configuration to support functional designs.
o Performs unit testing on configuration work.
o Performs integration and regression testing for system changes.
o Creates and maintains process documentation.
o Participate in data migrations and conversions related to SAP PM and SAP MM o Conducts or coordinates training for end users as required Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Typical Qualifications Possession of an associate degree in information systems, computer science, business, or related field or any equivalent combination of education, experience, training and knowledge, and/or any equivalent combination of education, experience, training and knowledge.
Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements.
Ability to grasp and apply client-centric design principles.
Ability to identify and document business requirements and perform gap analysis of the requirements for an existing solution.
Ability to respond to system emergencies and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively.
Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment and to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
At least 3 years of experience with SAP PM and SAP MM processes and modules preferred Mobile (GuiXT) experience preferred, but not required.
Must pass a controlled substance (drug) test for employment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
