Hadear Abdou Description We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Advisor to lead program evaluation activities for a client in the US Intelligence CommunityThe Strategic Ops Advisor will have the opportunity to demonstrate intellectual agility, all source analysis, and research acumen by leading data collection and data analysis activities to produce key performance insightsFurther, the Consultant will lead the implementation of recommendations when they are adopted by the customerThis project features the opportunity to interact with a wide range of key stakeholders, including those at senior levelsThis is an exciting opportunity for an intellectually curious, energetic, data-savvy consultant to work on a project with real impact helping our client develop ways to understand and improve performance of activities that support delivery of our customer's missionKey Responsibilitieso Consult with teammates and clients on the development, prioritization, and implementation of process improvement and program evaluation tasks.
o Develop recommendations for changes to policy, processes, communications, and training to enable achievement of vision.
o Develop and implement research designs with practical strategies for measuring performance of organizational units and/or unit activities--to include development of performance measures and design of actionable methods for collecting and analyzing data; implement strategies and refine as needed.
o Perform a variety of research activities to include document reviews, structured interviews, and gap analyses--to include stakeholder identification and logistical coordination for data collection activities and documentation of discussions.
o Analyze both qualitative and quantitative information to provide customer with comprehensive insights into organizational strengths and challenge areas.
o Socialize results and recommendations with the team at the working-level.
o Prepare visual presentations of data and analysis.
o Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership based on research plans, activities, findings and recommendations.
o Brief senior level customers on research plans, activities, findings and recommendations.
o All-source intelligence research, analysis, and report writing/editing This position has no supervisory responsibilities Skills, Knowledge, and Expertiseo A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
o Minimum of 5 years' experience in an analytic role in the IC.
o Master's degree in business, social science, or behavioral science preferred but not required for this position.

SCitizenshipo Requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygrapho Must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an analyst, targeting officer, technical targeter, desk officer, operations officer, or reports officer within the sponsor's organization or other relevant organization(s) in the Intelligence Communityo Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilitieso Excellent oral presentation and briefing skillso Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of all-source intelligence analysiso Familiarity with the customer's report writing standardso Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting, scheduling, and project communicationso High degree of personal integrityo Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a teamo Ability to work in a dynamic environment, juggling concurrent tasks and meeting deadlineso East Asian Language Competency (ideally 2/2 ILR score or ability to reach that quickly)o Relevant targeting, desk officer, or operations certificationso Experience deploying strategic communicationso Experience in SIGINT, GEOINT and Technical Targeting methodso Proficiency with software and databases used in support of research and analysis for the U.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
