- Greet and check-in patients - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system - Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Requirements:
