You will choose how you wish to seek new business oSpeak to engage with leads provided by the team and figure out their needs and wants in a home oAttend coaching and training ready to learn and implement what was learned oSet appointments with potential buyers and sellers oSelf-Educate to attain and maintain expert-level knowledge of the ever-changing real estate industry and the locale you serve oShow and tour houses with buyer clients oPrepare and market homes with seller clients oBe the point of contact for your clients through their entire real estate transaction oBe a liaison between your client, the lender, the title company, the appraiser, the agent on the other side, the inspectors, and any contractors oNegotiate on behalf of your clients oKeep in touch with your clients consistently long after the transaction has ended oWork with team staff to complete transactions oFollow your business plan and live your dream life! oAssist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender oEnsure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market oManage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close oCoordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results QualificationsApplicants for this job MUST:
