You will choose how you wish to seek new business oSpeak to engage with leads provided by the team and figure out their needs and wants in a home oAttend coaching and training ready to learn and implement what was learned oSet appointments with potential buyers and sellers oSelf-Educate to attain and maintain expert-level knowledge of the ever-changing real estate industry and the locale you serve oShow and tour houses with buyer clients oPrepare and market homes with seller clients oBe the point of contact for your clients through their entire real estate transaction oBe a liaison between your client, the lender, the title company, the appraiser, the agent on the other side, the inspectors, and any contractors oNegotiate on behalf of your clients oKeep in touch with your clients consistently long after the transaction has ended oWork with team staff to complete transactions oFollow your business plan and live your dream life! oAssist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender oEnsure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market oManage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close oCoordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results QualificationsApplicants for this job MUST:
oHave a Virginia Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License in good standing with up-to-date continuing education according to the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) oBe a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) in good standing oHave at least 1 year of experience as a residential real estate agent working for a broker oHave an established track record of real estate sales oBe willing to move or maintain their license to be brokered by Samson Properties of Chantilly, Virginia oHave an active BrightMLS Subscription oHave an active Sentrilock Subscription oHave a valid Driver's License oHave a reliable and working personal vehicle in acceptable visible condition with personal liability insurance at or above Virginia state minimums oHave a working and up-to-date personal computer with a webcam and microphone equipped with memory and processing power sufficient to run Google Suite, Zoom, and other web-based software oHave a smartphone oHave superb communication skills (spoken, written, video, and in-person) oCommit to Monumental core values of Unparalleled Value, Outrageous Generosity, Doing the Right Thing, Going Above and Beyond, Radical Positivity, Lifelong Education, Extreme Ownership, Relentless Discipline, and Committed Collaboration oHigh school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred oOver 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred oSufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Recommended Skills Communication Financial Management Google Suite Hardworking And Dedicated Microphone Techniques Mortgage Loans Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
