ECS is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to be based out of our headquarters in Fairfax, VA, with the expectation of frequent travel to CONUS and OCONUS locationsECS Federal is seeking former Intelligence Analysts who have 4-6 years of experience in analyzing and exploiting Full Motion Video and High-Altitude Static Imagery collected from Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) platformsSuccessful candidates may be asked to exploit and analyze Electro-Optical (EO), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Infra-Red (IR) imagery and/or video in support of government customers within PED environmentsCandidates must be able to use critical thinking to pinpoint key details and communicate with mission partners effectively, assisting with program integration into intelligence mission environmentsAs a Bullpen member the candidate will work very closely with the Chief of Training and will be expected to present curriculum to current and newly-hired Field Service Representatives (FSR)A successful candidate may be required to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS sites to conduct training exercises or to backfill the role of FSRsThe candidate is expected to conduct local and distance-based training initiatives and contribute to program development by following principles from the ADDIE and SAM instructional design modelsCandidates are expected to have expert communication skills and experience delivering meaningful learning solutionsSuccessful candidates will also be expected to assist with training program evaluation using methodologies like the Kirkpatrick Model to assess and maximize continuous improvementWe are a rapidly growing company that considers our employees to be our most important assetPeople truly are number one at ECSWe are situated in Merrifield, VA -- well positioned for most commutes in the Northern Virginia areaOur newly renovated office spaces are first class and provide an inspirational environmentWe offer opportunities for telework and have some of the most interesting, advanced IT business in the DC areaECS has extraordinary customers who are thought and action leaders in the AI/ML fieldWe offer highly competitive compensation and benefits to the right person for this key positionRequired Skills:

o Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint).
o During high-tempo operations, can relay and articulate informationDesired Skills:
o Experienced in Multi-Int Analysis & Archiving System MAAS, ArcGIS, GETS, DCGS tools, AIMES, and Google Earth.
o Experience with Data mining using M3, or open-source reporting, etc.
o Knowledgeable of the Intel Collection process.
o Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation experience.
o Understanding of National level imagery product standards and customer support services.
o Knowledge of and experience with the imagery collection process.
