A concierge who is responsible for customer service activities including, but not limited to:
Providing impeccable customer service Scheduling reservations including daycare, boarding, grooming, training, and consultations Promptly address all incoming calls, respond to voicemails and emails efficiently Building a relationship with clients Generating estimates Processing invoices/payments Reviewing services with clients Cleanliness of lobby Job Type:
