- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
- Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to sell products and upsell to increase sales revenue.
- Proficient in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is an advantage but not required.
