o Contribute to enhancing the employee experience by assisting in the design and implementation of engagement and retention strategies.
o Participate in performance management processes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.
o Analyze talent management data to identify trends and make data-informed recommendations.
o Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures related to talent management.
o Support LMI's 1:
1 and flash mentoring program powered by Chronus mentoring software, including developing project schedules, executing all mentoring activities, serving as system administrator, and delivering training to employees,o Identify metrics and perform data analytics to measure the impact of HR activities on our culture,o Provide support for coaching and mentoring initiatives to foster the growth and development of our employees.
o Lead the planning and execution of a variety of corporate employee engagement events,o Partner with Talent Management Vice President and HR leadership on enterprise-wide or strategic talent initiatives,o Oversee LMI's stay and exit interview programs,o Perform special HR projects as requested Qualifications Minimum Qualificationso Demonstrated expertise across various talent management activities with 3-5
years of related work experience,o Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field,o Ability to travel to and work at LMI Tysons HQ on a regular basis,o Excellent project management, problem-solving, and verbal/ written communication skills including presentation skillso Demonstrated business acumen and workplace integrity,o Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to deliver data-driven, recommendations and accurately assess/ analyze data,o Event planning experience,o Ability to work in a team-based and collaborative environment,o Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and data analyticso Management consulting experience Desired Experience/ Skillso Master's degree in related discipline,o Professional Services and/or consulting experience,o Ability to partner with senior leaders and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills,o Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to look for creative solutions, be proactive, and innovate,o Experience working in HR-related software systems Recommended Skills Adaptability Analytical Coaching And Mentoring Commercial Awareness Communication Computer Programming Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
