Let's Redefine Possible RESPONSIBILITIES Work with site teams and trade partners in the development of project schedules using common CPM scheduling programs Support supervision through the monitoring and updating of project schedules Explore mitigation options and assist site management to formulate mitigation plans to correct scheduling problems on a project Assist with proposals and pursuit schedules as needed Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Thorough knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software Thorough knowledge of standard construction practices and project sequencing Shown ability to exercise creativity and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems on complex projects Strong plan and specification reading, review, and interpretation skills Basic knowledge of project management, contracts, and buyout Working knowledge of 4D visual planning methodologies Strong organization and team skills Basic knowledge of cost and resource-loaded schedules Basic knowledge of claims avoidance and resolution techniques Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an initiative to seek innovative solutions Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion Excellent oral and written communication skills Active listening skills and effective communication including openness to diverse input and feedback The ability to travel may be required based on the operating group EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field Minimum of four (4) years of construction experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience Experience as a project engineer is desirable Mortenson is an EOE/Affirmative Action/M/F/Veteran/Disabled employer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
