This individual will be the point-of-contact for prospective clients and serves as a receptionist for our current clientele.
You would be responsible for answering the phone, collecting intake information and pre-screening inquiries, scheduling appointments, obtaining appropriate forms and materials, processing payments, sorting and distributing mail and faxes, routing phone calls for paralegals and attorneys, and handling additional administrative duties as needed.
The desired candidate will have a professional and courteous demeanor, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be extremely organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to adapt quickly to the firm's data entry programs.
Experience with Office 365/Word, Outlook, and Adobe is ideal.
Prior law office experience is preferred.
We offer a salary commensurate with experience, health insurance, dental insurance, 401k (after six months), and paid time off.
The work schedule is:
Monday to Thursday, 8:
30am - 5pm; and Friday, 8:
30am - 3pm.
