Part-Time Overnight Cleaner at Pet Resort

We can hire a pair or we can hire two people separately.
The main duties are cleaning the facility, but we would also like the employees to be able to call one of the owners should a boarding pet be in distress.
The facility is 22,000 square feet total -- 11,000 square feet of animal hospital and 11,000 square feet for daycare and boarding cats and dogs.
Shifts would be 4, 10-hour shifts.
This is a full-time night position with full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facilities - Sweep, mop, disinfect and vacuum floors (we have machine scrubber) - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Empty trash bins and replace liners - Clean and sanitize restrooms - Refill soap dispensers and paper products - Clean windows and glass surfaces Skills:
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Attention to detail and ability to work independently Job Type:
