Seeking a person who can be a mature, reliable, and responsible medical office receptionist for a busy specialty physician's office.
We are looking for a front desk medical receptionist who is enthusiastic, pleasant and friendly.
If you are an upbeat team player, with a strong work ethic, and the desire to excel we are interested in talking with you.
Only those that are trustworthy, self motivated, a team player, and able to take initiative need apply.
Must be able to handle high volume patient load, multi-tasker, quick learner, and be proficient with computers.
Understanding Virginia insurance co-pays/co-insurances/deductible and at least 1 year medical office experience and familiar with Office 365 is a plus.
Job
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service Greet patients/parents when they arrive and update their information Check in / check out patients Answer multi-line phone system and respond quickly to patient requests with appropriate phone etiquette.
Scanning and uploading documents into the EMR Manage provider's schedules through EMR Process medical records / check emails Respond to mulitple messags quickly Process some billing claims When responding please forward resume and hourly requirements.

Qualifications:
Must have an upbeat, accommodating, kind, and confident personality A positive, professional demeanor and appearance are a must.
Strong customer service skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have Reliable Transportation 1 Year receptionist/administrative experience preferred Proficient computer skills
