5 Fairfax, VA Fairfax, VA Full-time Full-time $17 - $20 an hour $17 - $20 an hour 12 days ago 12 days ago 12 days ago Duties - Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment - Prevent unauthorized access and protect property from theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities - Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary - Conduct security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Monitor surveillance cameras and CCTV systems to identify potential security threats - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and tenants with inquiries or concerns - Complete accurate incident reports detailing any security-related incidents or observations Qualifications - Previous experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or a related field is preferred - Must possess strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively - CPR and First Aid certification is a plus - Ability to operate surveillance equipment and CCTV systems is desirable - Must have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong observation and problem-solving abilities Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
