Job Description:
We are currently filling an Admin Position in our Sub team depatment, specifically in Vendor ?Onsite? Management.
This involves communication with retail/construction vendors while they are conducting jobs The people in these positions will also provide support & admin functions including but not limited to:
Working with our internal team on various paperwork (work orders, etc.
) Reporting:
Google Docs, Excel Sheets and other systems High Volume calling and data management Communicating with vendors and documenting information through various customer portals and software Additional responsibilities as needed.
