Responsibilities:
- Automotive Sales Skills - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by guiding them through the entire purchase process - Assist customers in finding and selecting a vehicle that meet their needs - Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and upsell products like warranties - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Skills:
- Car Sales experience in a Dealership - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products - Knowledge of retail math and ability to perform basic calculations - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer orders - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Note:
