Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Developer & Data Conversion Location:
Onsite 5 days a week at client site in Fairfax, VA (Not Remote)Contract:
Contract Position - 12 months
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Develop custom applications and extensions within the Oracle HCM Cloud. environment using the PaaS platform (e.g., Oracle APEX, Oracle Visual Builder). Build and maintain ETL processes for extracting and transforming HR data from various sources. Develop reporting solutions using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, SplashBI, FAW, and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights for HR leadership including but not limited to employee information, payroll, benefits, and workforce analytics. Play a critical role in supporting the application lifecycle (develop, test, release and support) based on detailed requirements and guidance from team / management. Triage production issues and work with multiple teams to perform problem analysis. Work with the Technical team to populate FBDI templates, load and enhance inbound data, and test the conversion end-to-end. Create and optimize HCM Extracts to extract and load data into various systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reports meet business needs and comply with data governance standards. Utilize fast formulas to enhance report functionalities and calculations. Requirements:
Oracle ERP Cloud, OIC, and Oracle E-Business support experience. Proven experience as an Oracle R12 HR and Oracle HCM Reports Developer. Experience with Oracle Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc. 5
years with Oracle Applications containing experience performing data conversions and reconciliations into Oracle HCM Cloud and developing reports. 3
years creating functional specifications, working with FBDI templates, Data mapping, and reconciliation of converted data. In depth knowledge in Oracle HCM cloud data models to effectively write reports. Strong proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle database concepts. Hands-on experience with OTBI, BIP, SplashBI and HCM Extracts. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and develop custom reports. Experience with fast formulas for complex calculations and validations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Preferred
Qualifications:
