Responsibilities:
-Cleaning as needed - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Assist with project coordination and provide administrative support to various departments - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Provide excellent customer service to patients or clients Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role - Proficient in using office software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite) - Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment.
