Sales Manager

The sales manager acts as
to a team of sales professionals.

Recruit, train and develop business development representatives

Assist in the development of sales plans

Coach sales team on strengthening relationships with customers at different levels of management

Work alongside
sales representatives
in the field
and be a part of sales calls, meetings with customers and business reviews

Assist sales force in the achievement of product mix targets

Provides direction on goals and objectives through timely and constructive feedback to sales force

Facilitate processes that will result in sales growth

Experience in commercial/government sales

Strong knowledge and understanding of sales process

Experience coaching and leading people with proven record

Excellent interpersonal and customer driven relationships

Skilled analytical skills

Ability to interact with internal customers with tact and diplomacy

Ability to identify talent and great skill in developing good talent

Excellent communication and presentation skills in person, in writing to individuals or groups

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
