Assist in developing and implementing procedures, processes, standards, specifications, and systems to achieve optimal control or reduction of hazards and exposures that could harm people, property, and/or the environment.
Serve as a part of a multi-disciplinary team in analyzing field level hazards producing mechanisms; researching regulatory, scientific and
engineering
written materials; recognizing, evaluating and developing the necessary controls for occupational health hazards and safety concerns; initiating and providing written documentation; attending meetings and providing professional opinions on matters affecting occupational safety and health; and traveling to and visiting field activities when directed by the customer.
Assist in the development and implementation of project-specific (ISO based) ESH&Q Management System
Assist with implementation and, potentially, start-up of the Environmental, Occupational Health,Safety and Quality Control (ESH&Q) program
Assist with development and implementation of the training program, including curriculum definition, presentation content, knowledge testing and class scheduling.
Work with management to streamline processes to improve efficiencies.
Work with a group of exempt and nonexempt employees typically engaged in multiple technical and/or administrative functions. The primary duty of the incumbent is to oversee the work performed to ensure that it meets budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
Participate in the interview and selection process (including hiring recommendations), and makes staffing assignments in accordance with schedule requirements.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to subordinates within work group. Monitors completed assignments to ensure that they meet required schedules, quality standards, budgets, and procedures.
Ensure that work standards and goals are clearly communicated, and work is completed in line with established procedures and standards. Trains assigned personnel in use of applicable software and safety procedures related to their work area, and ensure that safety measures are observed.
Conduct performance evaluations and makes appropriate recommendations for required actions, including recommendations for advancement, changes in status, or disciplinary action.
Manage the salary administration process, including preparing the annual salary plan and recommending salary actions for merit increases and/or promotions.
Qualified candidates will have experience with:
TS/SCI Security Clearance
10
years of BOS-E agency experience
Professional Certification in Industrial Hygiene, Safety or Environmental Engineering

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
