Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales, Service and Finance in the winning of business through the coordination of solution creation/formation and proposal development
Responsible for the accurate development of solutions and effective presentation materials in the form of proposals and RFP responses.
Prepare the text and budget for service proposals and related documents
Assist the Senior Coordinator with Response to Formal RFPs
Work with Sales to obtain and develop requirements for new opportunities
Assist in the creation and maintenance of materials in the Document Library (resumes, past performance profiles, qualification packages)
Write, edit, format and review proposals. Customize proposal to accurately reflect proposed solutions. Ensure proposal compliance with requirements. Ensure that all proposals and accompanying materials are accurate and error-free
Work within strict deadlines for submission, and drive company resources to meet deadlines
Coordinate and oversee proposal production process
Conduct verbal/written follow up with clients after submission of proposals as required
Ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports
Participate in the development of department processes and procedures
Attend and participate in Proposal/Contract Transition meetings as required
Perform quality control edits on all documents
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor's of Arts/Science degree. Business or specific discipline is preferred
Minimum of one (1) year direct experience in proposal development or one (1) year in marketing, business management/development, or other comparable experience.
Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Possess strong communications skills, verbal and written
Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to prepare pricing models
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Must possess superior writing and editing skills
A technical background and familiarity with data center equipment and infrastructure is strongly preferred. nullEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
