Key Role:
Design, engineer, and maintain Oracle-based Web applications. Provide hands-on expertise with search and query technology, techniques, and procedures. Support database integrity, data quality, scaling, performance tuning, operations, and maintenance, including back-up, failover, clustering, and design for high-availability. Work on a large team in the engineering process. Employ expertise in software development, sustainment, and improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
-4 years of experience with systems engineering and software development
-Experience with designing and maintaining entity management systems
-Experience with developing search algorithms that quickly search and match data and attributes across large structured and unstructured databases
-Experience with coding Web-enabled applications with database connections that provide scalable entity processing on a clustered architecture
-Experience with integration of COTS products for entity extraction
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting a fusion or intelligence center in the DoD, DHS, or intelligence community

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
