Information Technology and Facilities Project Manager As an internal Information Technology and Facilities Project Manager the member is responsible for managing the information technology and facility components for the instantiation, expansion and closing of CGI Federal offices. The manager coordinates closely with both internal and external teams in order to provide smooth transitions for the business. He or she is focused on requirements gathering, disseminating information to appropriate parties, consistent and effective communication, as well schedule coordination. Promote effective internal and external communication of Information Technology (IT) and Facilities projects Manage coordinate other IT projects as needed Promote effective use of project management techniques across the organization Improve & increase use of project management best practices within the CGI Federal ISIT Organization Principal Duties and
Responsibilities: Maintain IT and Facilities project schedules Act as IT liaison to CGI Federal Group Management teams and customers Manage network cabling vendors for new and existing office renovations Function as the main point of contact for requirements gathering to the end user and stakeholders Function as the main point of contact for dissemination of information to the network and server engineers Required Knowledge and Skills: Solid project management skills related to project planning and control, scope management, issue and risk management and qualiEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
