The Office of Continuing Professional Education, in Herndon, Va., invites current George Mason University employee applicants only for an internal search for an Open Enrollment Program Manager position.

Responsibilities:
This position manages all aspects of noncredit, public offerings of professional development programs at Mason. Duties include program scheduling and management, quality control, content monitoring, recommend adjustments, instructor recruitment, quality oversight, general support, and assist in strategy and execution for marketing and promotion across the full range of promotional activities. Also responsible for budgeting, generating financial commitments, monitoring fiscal performance, and overall fiscal management. This position manages course execution, classroom and student support, drafts and participates in negotiating agreements, as well as expanding and nurturing industry relationships.

Qualifications:
This position requires substantial demonstrated experience in developing, managing and marketing professional continuing education programs in an institution of higher learning. Excellent customer service and ability to handle details and multiple priorities are required. Public speaking and promotional writing experience is valued. Experience with online learning and social media is a plus. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
