Excellent company located in the Fairfax area is seeking a Human Resources Manager with 5+ years of Human Resources Management experience to join their Distribution Center team for a 4+ month temporary assignment. Human Resources Manager will be responsible for handling all talent assessment processes,assisting in interviewing as well as hiring personnel. Human Resources Manager will perform guidance assistance with discipline, terminations as well as all employee relations. Candidate will assist in developing safety, health and wellness programs as well as promoting the well being of associates. This position will be full-time hours, Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
