Position Summary:
The Head of Sales will work with the team to successfully secure new business for the company. The role is a combination of sales and business development the latter focussing on developing key strategic relationships with enterprise and consumer focussed technology companies. The successful candidate will take a lead role in driving revenue growth through direct and channel based acquisition of new customers. In addition, candidate will be responsible for business development activities relative to OEM and pr i vate label opportunities. The candidate will need to scale and prepare organization for dramatic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Key target market is F500 customers and maintenance of existing top customers on the East / West Coast ;
Opportunity identification and pipeline development through a combination of networking, cold calling, opportunity pursuit, market knowledge/intelligence, market development campaigns;
Create and maintain and monitor a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s);
Full management of sales process, including business development, opportunity qualification, and preparation of bid/no bid recommendations and pursuit of the end to end sales cycle to close deals;
Developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with End Customers, System Integrators and Technology Partners;
Working closely with the President of the company, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Global Solutions and other strategic contributors to devise medium and long term sales strategies;
Working hand in hand with end customers to define their requirements and continuing involvement to ensure successful implementation;
Working closely with all other parts of the company to ensure maximum leverage of resources;
Growing the company's market segments through direct and partner channels;
Quarterly Sales Review (QSR) presentation preparation and delivery;
Build account plans and strategies for each target account.
Person Description
Education & Qualifications:
BS in Business or relevant field required;
Sales training including Consultative/Solutions selling.
Profile, Skills and Experience:
Must have emerging market sales experience on the East /West Coast and a background in the cybersecurity or identity management space;
Must have experience in the Financial industry;
Must be high energy and dynamic in their approach to work. Must understand the culture of selling product and building strategic relationships;
Proven commercial success selling direct to financial services/F500 calibre clients on the East / West Coast ;
Proven experience with a leading cyber security or authentication software company similar but not limited to, i.e. EMC/RSA, Vasco, Entrust, Symantec and VeriSign;
Management of good working relationships with end customers and technology partners;
A track record of success driving consultative led complex solution sales/partnerships ;
High level contacts in key end customers, partners, agents with credibility and respect within this community essential ;
Proven and consistent over achiever, notable achievements to be outlined ;
Opening up and referring new vertical market opportunities to the company ;
Creating new business channels/resellers for opportunities ;
Experience selling complex, mission critical enterprise software into an emerging market and innovatively creating real market opportunities ;
Well rounded individual who can drive sales process from cold calling to structured lead generation, tracking and managing sales pipeline, management reporting and execution, client and SI relationship management ;
Ability to think and act strategically whilst maintaining a pragmatic commercial perspective ;
Strong influencing style and presence; articulate and confident ;
Development of presentation and trade show materials ;
Highly committed, energetic, technically savvy, determined and win-win mentality .

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
