Business Development Manager

American Care Partners is currently seeking a dedicated new member for our Business Development team. The individual must be experienced in sales, preferably Home health care sales. Ideal applicant will have established referral contacts in the Northern VA medical community.
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Develops relationships and establishes solid referral source in his/her territory to drive home care admissions
Makes at least 40-50 contacts weekly including but not limited to physicians, hospitals, SNF's, retirement homes, assisted living facilities, and other community resources.
Completes daily and weekly activities reports, updates referral source information.
Completes one qualifying community presentation or seminar monthly
Completes and maintains a comprehensive list of leads including name, address, contact person, phone number, and email address.
Consistently meets and exceeds monthly sales quotas in terms of New admissions.
Employs marketing and promotional initiatives and strategies to assist in meeting monthly quotas.
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
Builds and monitors community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of American Care Partners as a high quality provider of services
Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
Maintains a working knowledge of competitors market positioning.
Maintains a working knowledge of American Care Partners clinical Programs & outcomes and the resulting standing of American Care Partners in the community.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
